The name "Tempered" is inspired by the intricate process of Chocolate Tempering. This creates a smooth and shiny finish, and ensures that the chocolate will have a consistent texture, flavor, and appearance. It also prevents the chocolate from developing a grainy texture, white streaks or spots caused by the separation of cocoa butter. Whether you prefer dark, milk, or white chocolate, you can be sure that each bite is the result of our dedication to the core of chocolate making.

We chose Thai cacao for both its exceptional flavor and to support our local Thai farmers in producing high-quality chocolate. Tempered's bean-to-bar journey is a harmonious blend of art and science. The result is a labor of love that produces indulgent flavors and textures, making our chocolate a true delight for the senses.
At Tempered we are committed to sustainability. We source our beans and most of our ingredients from local farmers. Our packaging is free of plastic and is biodegradable. Solar panels and EV chargers are installed in our facility to reduce our dependency on fossil fuel. Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
